It's time again for another newsletter...

Welcome to the second issue of Statistical Services' it figures newsletter. You will receive issues of the it figures newsletter on an infrequent basis. The newsletter will highlight figures related to research, student, and staff activities at ANU.

Did you know these facts about ANU?

• The proportion of domestic females doing undergraduate programs in 2006 was 52.3%, whereas females represented only 48.3% of international undergraduate students.
  
  
• In 2006 there were more international students from Indonesia doing research higher degrees (mostly PhDs) than from any other country.
  
  
• Forty percent (40%) of staff in 2006 were classified as 'academic' staff; slightly under 10% of academic staff were aged 60 years or older.
