In the last decade demand to gather feedback from students using the ANUSET system (ANU student evaluation of teaching) has increased four-fold. Also, the range of types of teaching and learning, course timing and delivery methods, have all increased. These changes have led to a need for changed processes and different aspects of our students’ experience to be surveyed. During 2008, CEDAM will introduce an improved system for gathering student feedback on teaching and courses. The new version of ANUSET will substantially improve the ability of teaching areas to gather student feedback and streamline administration by enabling requests for surveys to be made via the web.
