Statistical Services had a strategic planning day in early March this year. It was opened by Dr Brok Glenn, the Director of Policy and Planning (Resources). Dr Glenn briefed us on the important developments and initiatives in the international and national tertiary education sectors in general, and at the ANU in particular.

Professor Joan Beaumont, Director of the Faculty of Arts, the ANU College of Arts and Social Sciences, was also invited to give us fresh insights into our stakeholders’ needs to help us enhance the delivery of our services to them.

Mrs Tracy Chalk, ANU’s new Marketing Manager, inspired us with her enthusiasm and her dynamism in our common supporting role in ANU’s continuing quest for academic excellence.
