Introduction

The Integrated Management Information System (iMIS) provides a platform for comprehensive and integrated performance management and business reporting across the University’s entire suite of enterprise systems.

Data are extracted from transactional source systems, including ARIES and the HR management system, then loaded into the iMIS data warehouse. Data structures in the warehouse are designed specifically for speed and reporting flexibility.

Goals are to:

  • Provide integrated management reporting;
  • Highlight data quality issues and support improvement processes.

Initial reports are limited to research performance data, primarily drawn from ARIES.

Getting Access

iMIS access is restricted as reports may contain sensitive data. New users must complete an application form and return it to the iMIS business solutions group. For further instructions and troubleshooting help, please click below:
