iMIS - Login Help

Are you trying the right password?

Access to iMIS is managed through an ANU Enterprise Systems (ES) login. ES accounts are managed separately than other ANU logins, such as CAS or HORUS/ISIS. You already have an ES account if you have access to an ANU enterprise system, such as:

  • ESP Finance
  • HR management system
  • Maximo
  • Student management system

Please note that if you have changed your password for any of these systems, you have also changed it for iMIS.

Is your account locked out?

If you see this error message, it means your account has been locked out:

CAM-AAA-0094 Unable to authenticate

Lockouts usually occur if an incorrect password is entered three times in a row. If you have recently changed your password on another enterprise system, remember that it has also changed for iMIS.

To request that your account be unlocked, please contact the DOI helpdesk on x59666.

Do you have iMIS access?

iMIS access is restricted as reports may contain sensitive data. New users must complete an access request form and return it to the iMIS Business Solutions Group.

Is iMIS preventing you from changing your password?

If your password has expired, iMIS will ask you to change it. For technical reasons, the error messages provided may not be as detailed as in other enterprise systems.

If you receive an error message stating that your password has an invalid pattern, it means that the password does not comply with ES requirements. Your new password:

  1. Cannot contain all or part of the username
  2. Must be at least 6 characters
  3. Must contain 3 of the 4 following character groups:
    1. Letters from A to Z
    2. Letters from a to z
    3. Numbers from 0 to 9
    4. Special Characters such as ! ^ $ *
  4. Cannot be one of your previous 3 passwords.

Still can't log in?

If you encounter any other error, please contact the iMIS team directly with details.
