iMIS Release (9^th April 2009) - Release Notes

New Data

• A Harvard-format citation is now available for HERDC-eligible publications. Please note that the citation is derived from ARIES data which may be incomplete or entered incorrectly.

New Reports

• The last-known institutions of external academics are now loaded from ARIES. Rather than "No Current Job", these staff will be listed as (for example) "Non-ANU - University of Sydney" or "Non-ANU - Max Planck Laboratory".

Report Changes

• The "Publication Detail" report has been revised to include the new citation field.

Other Changes

• For Query Studio users, the "Publications - Count" package has been removed. The "Publications - Points" package has been revised to include publication count data as well as the new citation field.
